[2026-2027] Lead Teacher - Middle School

The lead teacher is responsible for delivering a rigorous college preparatory curriculum while using data to drive instructional decisions and student progress. They must also foster a supportive classroom environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and staff.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess new york state teacher certification in the relevant content area. At least two years of teaching experience is strongly preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to raise student achievement levels.
