ABA Clinical Supervisor

The case supervisor oversees the delivery of aba therapy, manages behavior technicians, and monitors client progress through data analysis and field observations. They are also responsible for providing parent training, adjusting treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in aba, psychology, special education, or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and health screenings are mandatory.
