ABA Clinical Supervisor

The case supervisor oversees the delivery of aba therapy by managing behavior technicians, monitoring client progress, and adjusting treatment plans based on data analysis. They also provide direct parent training, maintain clinical documentation, and ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in aba, psychology, or a related field and possess at least two years of experience in the field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks related to child interaction are required.
