Job description

Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist | Georgia | Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year

Start the upcoming school year in a role where your impact is seen and felt every day.

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Georgia school district to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an elementary (K–5) student population. This full-time opportunity spans the entire 2026–2027 academic year and offers a collaborative, team-driven environment where your skills directly contribute to student growth and achievement.

Why You’ll Love This Role

This position allows you to play a key role in helping students strengthen communication skills that are essential for academic success, confidence, and social interaction. You’ll join a supportive school community that values teamwork, innovation, and a student-first approach—giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference from the very first day of school.

In this role, you will provide focused speech and language services to elementary students (K–5), supporting a range of communication needs including articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, and functional communication. You will design and carry out individualized intervention plans tailored to each student, while collaborating with teachers and school staff to reinforce progress within the classroom. Responsibilities also include contributing to IEP development, partnering on student support strategies, and consistently tracking progress through data collection and accurate documentation.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field and possess an active Georgia SLP license or eligibility for licensure. The ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills, along with the ability to effectively collaborate in a school-based environment.
