Core responsibilities
The teacher will develop and implement inclusive lesson plans aligned with virginia standards of learning and individualized education programs (Ieps). They will collaborate with specialists and families to support the academic and behavioral progress of students with diverse learning needs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field and possess or be eligible for vdoe certification in special education or adaptive curriculum. A valid virginia driver's license and strong classroom management skills are also required.
