Mental Health Associate

The associate will assist students with special needs in academics, social skills, and daily living needs, adapting support across elementary through high school age groups. This role involves observing behavior, documenting updates, supporting self-Help skills like toileting and feeding, and using de-Escalation techniques within a structured environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with basic computer skills in outlook and word. Essential requirements include strong communication, reading, writing, and documentation abilities, alongside being reliable, punctual, and possessing patience and resilience when supporting escalated students.
