Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Educational Leadership/Teacher Education: Middle and Secondary (TEMS) department invites applications for adjunct faculty positions to teach TEMS, including Community, Planning and Assessment, Multilingual Learners Workshop, Disciplinary Literacy Foundations, and other methods courses. These part-time positions are available for Fall 2026, and responsibilities include teaching at the undergraduate level and Accelerated Certification with Residency (ACR) program in hybrid, in-person, and online formats. Applicants should indicate their educational background and work expertise related to online learning management systems (e.g., Canvas), as well as their availability for on-campus instruction.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in a middle and secondary-education related field Three years of successful classroom experience as a teacher in 5th-12th grade classrooms Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly. Experience and ability to positively interact with all members of the campus community Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodations.
