Early Intervention Physical Therapist

Provide early intervention physical therapy services to children birth to 3 years through home, center, and community visits. Collaborate with a trans-Disciplinary team and community providers to coordinate individual family service plans.

Must hold a current physical therapist license from the massachusetts board of registration in allied professional health. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and preferably two years of pediatric experience are required.
