Essential duties and responsibilities

Enforce The Academy, District and CHSAA regulations and policies, and act as a deterrent to unsafe or poor behavior by providing high visibility walking and surveying common areas, grounds and parking lots. Monitor student behavior for infractions of safety regulations, weapons, tobacco, and substance abuse rules. Discuss/mediate infractions with students; provide written accounts of unacceptable behavior/incidents to Athletic Director. Communicate results of disciplinary process to parents. Meet with parents and students when required by disciplinary procedures and outcomes. Monitor students inside and outside of the building. Perform other duties as assigned.

• CERTIFICATIONS: Criminal background check required for hire. Current CPR, First Aid and AED certifications. 1 year registered CHSAA or PERM Coach certification. Current CHSAA certifications required.

• Reports to: Athletic Director and Head Athletic Coach Direct reports and # of employees: None Provide Head Athletic Coach all purchase information, before any monies are spent. Final authorizer is the Athletic Director. Employee is responsible for accuracy of cash collections and funds security. Follow all fundraising requirements as outlined by the Finance Department.
