Core responsibilities
Provide quality care and supervisory support for children in the ymca strong kids program. Maintain records, enforce program rules, and ensure a safe, positive environment aligned with ymca core values.
Requirements summary
Must be at least 16 years old and obtain cpr, aed, first aid, and child abuse prevention certifications within 30 days of hire. Previous experience working with children is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
