Responsibilities

Document each child’s performance on a daily basis via data collection method specified by assigned BCBA. Implement all aspect of an individual’s treatment plan as developed by the BCBA including reactive strategies. Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the Quest Kids’ therapy rooms. Assist child with toileting, dressing, grooming, and/or feeding as needed. Communicate session outcome with parents/caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries and within the scope of one’s certification. Assist BCBA in developing training materials that are up-to-date with current technologies on a daily basis. Graph all data as assigned. Perform job duties in multiple settings including clinic, in-home, school, community or other Quest locations as assigned with limited supervision from BCBA. (only applicable to RBT II roles). Attend all weekly clinical meetings as an active participant in programmatic discussion. Ensure compliance with any and all regulations pertaining to BACB guidelines Follow all Quest policies and procedures. Must respond promptly and effectively during elopement incidents. Must be physically capable of moving quickly in elopement situations or other emergency events Employees are required to report serious issues to the employee hotline or to a Quest leader under the See Something Say Something policy. Management reserves the right to revise the job or to request that other or different tasks be performed as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. A.A./60+ credits of general studies towards degree in Psychology or related field (preferred) Prior experience working with young children or with developmentally disabled individuals is preferred. There will be a 15-mile travel radius based off assigned clinic location for community cases; must be comfortable working in all settings (only applicable to RBT II roles).
