Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans to foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. They also mentor assistant teachers and maintain compliance with state licensing and safety policies.

Candidates should have previous experience in early childhood education and a strong knowledge of child development principles. A high school diploma is required, while an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred.
