YMCA Mental Health Therapist

The mental health therapist provides therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group counseling, to youth within montgomery county public schools. They are responsible for conducting bio-Psycho-Social assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and medical providers.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy and possess a current maryland licensure (E.g., lmsw, lcpc, lcmft). Knowledge of evidence-Based treatment models and the ability to drive between sites is required.
