Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Mt. Laurel, NJ and surrounding SNJ Region $80,000–$86,000 base + bonus eligible Full-time (exempt) & Part-time/evening (non-exempt) roles available!

  • We’re looking for a BCBA who wants to do meaningful clinical work while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.
  • In this role, you’ll work across school and/or clinical settings, conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, and partnering closely with educators, families, and your clinical team.
  • You’ll also supervise ABA staff and help guide effective, research-based interventions that make a real impact on the children we serve.
  • To be successful, you’ll need your active BCBA Certification and NJ LBA License, along with experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
  • Strong communication skills, comfort leading others, and experience with assessments like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS are important here.
  • The base salary range for this role is $80,000–$86,000, with additional bonus opportunities tied to performance.
  • Final compensation may vary based on experience, clinical competencies, and productivity.
  • We’re open to part-time schedules as well, with adjusted compensation.
