Candidates must be at least 16 years old with a proven background in intermediate or advanced gymnastics. Ability to safely spot advanced skills is required, and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

As an Intermediate & Advanced Coach, you’ll be the mentor who blends skill mastery with encouragement, creating a training environment where athletes thrive. Your leadership will help kids discover just how far they can go — in the gym and beyond.
As an Intermediate & Advanced Gymnastics Coach, you’ll inspire athletes to reach new heights by blending fun, energy, and encouragement with technical precision and skill progression. You’ll lead challenging yet supportive classes for older and more experienced recreational athletes, helping them build strength, confidence, and discipline while advancing through higher-level gymnastics skills. With positivity and structure, you’ll create an environment where athletes feel motivated to push themselves safely, grow as individuals, and celebrate their progress.
Minimum age: 16 years old Proven background in gymnastics (intermediate/advanced level experience required) Experience coaching or working with children in athletic/recreational settings (preferred) Ability to spot and demonstrate advanced gymnastics skills safely CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred Work Schedule & Environment Afternoon/evening weekday shifts and weekend morning shifts required Indoor gym environment with frequent interaction with children and families Must be available for consistent weekly scheduling during the school year Physical Requirements Ability to demonstrate physical skills and actively engage with students Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, spotting, lifting, and moving equipment Must be able to safely spot intermediate and advanced-level gymnastics skills Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. in a fast-paced, physically active environment The company is an equal opportunity employer, drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
