Description We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant High School Girls Basketball Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Coach to develop and implement training programs, provide guidance and support to players, and assist with game day preparations.
Attend all pre-season meetings as scheduled by the Head Coach Organize and supervise practices for your team. You are responsible to see that all players have left the school site after practice unless another practice is being conducted at HCA. Coach your team at all scheduled contests. Attend any scheduled awards events.. Additional duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level. Strong knowledge of basketball rules, strategies, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players. Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Coach and other members of the coaching staff. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
