• Compensation & Incentives Base Compensation: $78,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience.
• Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time Reimbursement provided for travel costs such as flight, hotel, meals, etc.

Qualifications

Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided Required: Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
