Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-On-One aba therapy to children aged 2-12 to develop foundational communication and self-Advocacy skills. Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, collecting session data, and communicating progress to parents and bcbas.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Candidates must be physically able to lift 30 pounds, perform various physical postures, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
