Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior support plans. Responsibilities include collecting session data, writing therapy notes, and communicating progress to parents and bcbas.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 30 pounds and performing active movements to maintain client safety.
