Market context

Virginia OT roles stay consistently competitive

In Virginia, allied-health employers often look for occupational therapists who are licensed or licensure-eligible, hold an accredited OT degree, and can handle the physical demands of patient care. These roles are competitive because experience, mobility, and readiness to work across varied settings can narrow the candidate pool. Before applying, confirm your Virginia licensure status and review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time reading the full posting.
