Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician conducts one-On-One therapy sessions with children, following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans. They are also responsible for collecting and recording data, writing session notes, and communicating client progress to caregivers.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. The role requires the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, kneeling, and running, as well as strong communication and multitasking skills.
