Employment Specialist/Job Coach (Temporary)

Provide hands-On guidance and instruction to high school students with disabilities at community-Based work sites. Monitor student performance, maintain progress documentation, and act as a liaison between the program and site partners.

Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in rehabilitation, non-Profit, or case management settings. Must possess a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and proficiency in microsoft office.
