Core responsibilities
Provide one-On-One behavior therapy to children with autism in various settings while implementing behavior intervention plans. Collect and record data on client progress and collaborate with bcbas and caregivers to adjust treatment goals.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and meet bacb eligibility requirements to obtain rbt certification. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and respond to aggressive behaviors is required.
