Assistant Teacher

The teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, organized classroom environment. They must also manage child assessments and maintain professional rapport with families through regular communication and conferences.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with a preference for an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and meet the physical demands of working with small children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
