Core responsibilities
Coach and mentor individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through life enrichment workshops and daily life skills training. Provide direct care support, behavioral interventions, and maintain accurate electronic documentation of progress.
Requirements summary
Requires a high school diploma or ged and at least 6 months of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
