Direct Support Professional / Youth Caregiver

The direct support professional is responsible for providing direct support, hands-On instruction, assistance, and positive direction to young individuals with disabilities to ensure their health, safety, and achievement of personal goals. This includes assisting with daily living activities, preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and implementing positive behavior supports.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a minimum of six months of professional or volunteer experience supporting vulnerable populations. The role requires dependability, adaptability, flexibility, and good communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
