Family Support Specialist 2

Deliver in-Home and community-Based support and evidence-Based interventions to strengthen the well-Being of youth and families. Collaborate with treatment teams and clinicians to design and implement personalized care plans and maintain accurate electronic medical records.

Requires a bachelor's degree in human services or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and must be at least 21 years old. Candidates must pass a criminal background check and child abuse registry clearance.
