Targeted Case Manager

Targeted case managers manage all aspects of a youth’s case while providing critical community resources to support youth and families. They advocate, support, and guide youth and families in obtaining needed services and collaborate with various professionals to develop treatment plans.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a bachelor's degree in a human services-Related field. A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree, and candidates must pass a criminal record and child abuse registry background check.
