Market context
In Mississippi, men's basketball fellow roles are usually tied to college programs that need support with film, scouting, and day-to-day operations, so demand is often strongest around active recruiting and season prep periods. These roles are competitive because programs often prefer candidates with collegiate experience and technical fluency in SportsCode and Synergy, plus the flexibility for irregular hours and physical tasks.
