Job description

No certification required! Just 6+ months of paid or volunteer experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.).

Schedule & Pay Job Type

  • Part-Time (Up to 20 hours) &
  • Full-Time
  • Hours:
  • Availability required all weekdays
  • Monday -
  • Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm OR All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs. Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
  • Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
  • Compensation: $20-$29/hr depending on location
  • Bonus: Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr.

What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses) 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!) Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance Willingness to pass background and health checks Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
