As a Montessori Certified Guide you are an expert in

- Experience: Implement the Montessori curriculum and facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences.

- Procedures: Follow all licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Teaching and
- Communicating: Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
- Gaining
- Knowledge: Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.
We want joyful, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have
- Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
- Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school or related field, and previous lead teacher experience preferred.
- Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
- Montessori Guide- $24.63-$25.59
- Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
- Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
- Monday through Friday work week.
