Description Make an impact beyond the classroom If you’re someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and cares about the well-being of children and families, this role gives you a chance to be at the center of it all. As a Health Aide, you’ll play a key role in keeping children safe, supported, and connected to the health services they need to thrive. You won’t be doing this alone—you’ll work alongside a collaborative team that values communication, consistency, and follow-through.
What You’ll Do Keep health records accurate and up to date Maintain and organize student health records across assigned centers Track health requirements, screenings, and updates Ensure all information is complete, current, and compliant Support children and families Follow up on health referrals and help families access care Track children with medical needs or medications Help ensure children receive the services they need Manage health supplies and systems Monitor and restock first aid kits and health-related materials Maintain organized systems for documentation and reporting Update health data systems, including COPA Work as part of a team Partner with Site Directors, Family Workers, and program staff Participate in team and health-related meetings Support overall program operations as needed
Requirements
