Special Education Paraprofessional (McCaul)

The paraprofessional assists certified teachers in delivering instructional and non-Instructional activities for students with diverse disabilities. Responsibilities include providing one-To-One academic and emotional support, collecting data, and assisting with daily living activities and physical care.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, though an associate degree is highly preferred. The role requires significant physical capability to lift students and equipment, as well as the ability to manage body fluids and implement behavioral restraints.
