School Counselor - Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program (Elementary Long Term Sub)

The counselor provides academic, social-Emotional, and career guidance to deaf and hard of hearing students to support their access to the curriculum. Responsibilities include managing ieps, conducting transition assessments, and collaborating with families and educational teams.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in counseling or a related field and a valid massachusetts educator license in special education, guidance, or social work. Fluency in american sign language (Asl) and english is required, with a preference for three years of experience with deaf and hard of hearing students.
