Core responsibilities
Provide one-On-One behavior therapy to children with autism in various settings while implementing behavior intervention plans. Collect and record data on client progress and collaborate with bcbas to adjust treatment goals.
Requirements summary
Requires a high school diploma or ged and the ability to obtain and maintain rbt certification through the bacb. Candidates must be physically capable of responding to aggressive behavior and lifting up to 50 pounds.
