Assistant Teacher Early Childhood 2026/27

The assistant guide supports the lead guide in delivering instruction that fosters the cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual growth of the child while managing the classroom to protect lessons and encourage student independence. Responsibilities also include assisting with maintaining the learning environment, interacting with students, cleaning, replenishing materials, and completing required data collection and record keeping.

Applicants must possess a minimum of an associate’s degree, though a bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, along with at least two years of classroom experience, preferably in a public or urban school setting. Candidates need strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, a cooperative spirit, a love for children, and a demonstrated commitment to equity and anti-Biased principles.
