Develop course materials and lead project-based learning experiences for at-risk high school students. Serve as the primary contact for families and provide daily feedback on student behavior and assignments.
Requires 2-5 years of professional experience with a background in teaching, training, or education. Candidates must have a proven track record of working with at-risk youth and the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.

This position reports directly to our Head of School and maintains a Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm with some after 5pm and weekend time required for recruitment and community events.
