Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

The bcba is responsible for conducting initial and ongoing assessments and executing customized treatment plans for clients. They must provide staff training, maintain detailed progress notes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective program implementation.

Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst with at least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Specialized training in applied behavior principles and a commitment to annual continuing education are required.
