1 aba therapy to children to build functional communication, social skills, and coping strategies under bcba supervision. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting accurate data, and collaborating with caregivers and teammates.
Requirements summary
Requires a high school diploma and the ability to obtain rbt and cpr/First aid certifications shortly after hire. Candidates must have experience with children, be comfortable with challenging behaviors and personal care, and have the physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
