Job DetailsJob Location

OSC Utah - Salt Lake City, UT 84111The Specialist II, College Curriculum will be responsible for development, implementation, and quality control of curriculum delivery systems within the college curriculum team. This role is intended to work closely with the College Provost, Learning Design and Innovations Team and College Curriculum Manager to support positive learner experiences related to third party testing and fluency. Assists in the third party testing process as they relate to HESI, Compass and Honorlock exams Handles some LMS administration tasks such as grade cross check and publishing needed to enroll pilot courses Conducts quality assurance and testing processes for new features, pilot projects and curriculum delivery Provides Tier 3 support for any tickets related to 3rd party tools Facilitates effective communication between learners, collaborators, and vendors throughout all stages of the development and ticketing process Participates in the creation of testing standards to effectively test products Participates in the creation of technical product documentation Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or in the pursuit of obtaining a degree in a A minimum of two years of experience in higher education A minimum of two years of experience working with an LMS, preferably Canvas is required A minimum of one year of experience working with student facing measures A minimum of one year of experience working with third party software in higher education Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint is required Demonstrated experience in organizing, and coordinating workflows is required Demonstrated knowledge of ticketing systems, troubleshooting, and diagnosing is required Demonstrated experience communicating technical information and processes to lay audiences in a manner that is engaging and helpful is required
