Strategist I, Learner Success

The learner success strategist supports learners in overcoming barriers to program completion and promotes a culture of trust within the college community. They monitor at-Risk learners, collaborate with community resources, and implement custom success plans to enhance learner performance.

A master’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with proficiency in microsoft office suite. Experience in higher education, counseling, or social work is preferred, particularly in case management documentation.
