As an RBT, you directly impact success and development for our clients and families. You’ll have the structure, support, and feedback you need to succeed, while being part of a collaborative and compassionate team. Make a Direct Impact: Spend the majority of your time (about 80%) working one-on-one or in small groups with clients, helping them build skills and confidence. Stay Organized & Supportive: Use about 20% of your time for session notes, documentation, and other tasks that keep client care consistent and high quality. Bring Treatment Plans to Life: Follow individualized plans created by a BCBA, implementing written protocols tailored to each client’s unique goals. Learn & Grow: Participate in training, meet competency milestones, and actively practice ABA principles and strategies in your daily work. Promote Positive Behavior: Use evidence-based behavior management strategies and respond safely in challenging or high-stress situations. Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with your BCBA supervisor and teammates, asking questions, seeking feedback, and sharing insights to support each child’s success. Track Progress: Collect and input data with accuracy, ensuring treatment decisions are based on reliable information.
