Learn & Grow: Participate in training, meet competency milestones, and actively practice ABA principles and strategies in your daily work. Promote Positive Behavior: Use evidence-based behavior management strategies and respond safely in challenging or high-stress situations. Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with your BCBA supervisor and teammates, asking questions, seeking feedback, and sharing insights to support each child’s success. Track Progress: Collect and input data with accuracy, ensuring treatment decisions are based on reliable information. Stay Professional & Compassionate: Communicate with caregivers within your scope, always prioritizing client safety, dignity, and progress. These positions are competitive because employers often look for current RBT certification, CPR/First Aid, and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs, while benefits like paid training, PTO, and a 401(k) match can make offers stand out. Before applying, confirm your certification status and review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time reading the original posting.
