Talent Development Specialist

Facilitate new employee orientation and ongoing training sessions both in-Person and virtually for direct care staff. Manage training data within the learning management system and collaborate with teams to enhance program effectiveness.

Requires 1-2 years of experience in staff training or presentations and proficiency in microsoft office and virtual platforms. Must be physically capable of demonstrating coordination skills and be able to obtain specific healthcare and safety certifications.
