The JV coach is responsible for initiating basketball program development, training team members, and collaborating with the head coach. They must organize practice sessions and ensure a safe environment while representing the school professionally.
Preferred candidates have a bachelor's degree and two years of coaching experience at the middle or high school level. A valid driver's license and commitment to the school's mission and statement of faith are required.

Effective leadership and coaching skills; Excellent communication skills with players, parents, and the athletic department; Possess a valid driver’s license with the ability to transport athletes to and from away meets/practices in a school vehicle/mini-transport bus.
