Job description
Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and engaging individual to support a youth prevention program focused on educating middle school students about living a drug-free lifestyle. This role combines classroom presentations, student engagement, administrative support, and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in school settings, enjoys working with youth, and has strong communication and organizational skills. Schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Range $15–$17/hour for candidates with a high school diploma $19–$20/hour for candidates with college education/background Key Responsibilities Present educational material to middle school students focused on drug-free living and positive decision-making Build positive relationships with students, school staff, and community partners Assist with front desk and administrative duties Create and maintain program documents, reports, and communication materials Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for tracking and reporting purposes Support social media and community outreach efforts Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a school and office environment Help coordinate schedules, events, and program activities as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred Experience working with youth, schools, education, or community programs is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging with students Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media platforms Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Professional demeanor and positive attitude Why Join Us?
