Peninsula Pediatric Therapy, P.C. is a Carmel-based practice seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric services in Hollister.

This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, working with children (birth–21) with developmental, sensory, neuromuscular, and orthopedic needs.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat pediatric patients using occupational therapy techniques Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and daily living activities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team Educate families and caregivers on home programs and strategies Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist license (in good standing) Pediatric experience or strong interest in pediatrics Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Requirements: Reliable transportation between work sites Ability to assist with lifting children and equipment
