Entry Level Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment plans under bcba supervision, delivering one-On-One therapy sessions and accurately collecting data on client progress. Key duties include utilizing positive reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and collaborating with families and team members to ensure consistency across settings.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Experience implementing aba programs or working with children with special needs is a plus, and reliable transportation is necessary for this role.
