The Learning Experience – Jenison is seeking a dependable Assistant Teacher to support classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children. This role helps create a structured and engaging learning environment while supporting daily routines alongside Lead Teachers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and being part of a collaborative teaching team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily classroom routines across multiple age groups Support learning activities that promote early development Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers Prepare classroom materials and assist with activities Communicate professionally with families and team members Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications
