Core responsibilities
Provide psychosocial support and therapeutic play services to pediatric patients and families in the picu/Cvicu to aid coping and adaptation. Collaborate with multi-Disciplinary teams to implement developmentally appropriate preparation and procedural support for medical experiences.
Requirements summary
Requires a bachelor's degree in child life or a related field and completion of an aclp-Recognized internship. Must hold or be eligible for ccls certification and obtain basic life support certification within 30 days.
